False PHD is a passive item introduced in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance expansion. Found primarily in the Devil Room and Curse Room item pools, it alters the functionality of all pills for the duration of the run. Core Effects

Non-Stat Negative Pills: Other negative or detrimental pills (e.g., Amnesia, Addicted!, Paralysis) will drop a Black Heart on the floor when consumed.
